My Meditation Music & Audio Production Portfolio
Music that was built for the work.
Five projects, five different practices. Different styles, different states - but the same vision behind every one: to reach people at the deepest level.
Structured for breath, built for intensity
Dynamic Breathwork

This one was built for a breathwork facilitator who had a very clear idea of what he needed. Specific breathing rounds, specific counts, specific breaks.
The music had to match exactly what was happening in the session – not approximately, exactly to the second.
How it was built:
• Every transition mapped to a specific breath phase
• Intensity builds during active rounds, releases during rest
• Energetic direction follows the facilitator’s arc throughout
• Nothing shifts without a reason
The result is not generic breathwork music. It’s a sonic structure that moves with the session – so the facilitator can focus entirely on holding space.
For going inward
Deep Guided Meditation

Some music tries to create an experience. This one tries to get out of the way.
It was composed to guide awareness from the outside world into deep internal presence – slowly, without force.
How it was built:
• Harmonic movement kept intentionally slow and minimal
• Sound field expands around the listener without pulling attention
• No sudden shifts – awareness turns inward naturally
• Space is the instrument
Built for meditation guides, hypnotherapists and anyone working with deep inner states.
For the descent into rest
Sleep & Nervous System Regulation
Audio Excerpt
Press play to listen.
This one works quietly. You might not consciously notice everything that’s happening – but your nervous system does.
It was composed to support the body and mind on their way down into deep, restorative rest.
How it was built:
• Subtle shamanic drumming underneath – a subconscious anchor, not a rhythmic feature
• Layered textures that slow perceived mental activity gradually
• Low-frequency grounding to support the body’s natural downregulation
• No sudden shifts – everything moves in one direction: inward and down
Not just relaxing music. A structured environment for the nervous system to find its way to rest.
Built around her practice
Movement - Vinyasa Flow

Kate needed music that followed her session from beginning to end – not a playlist, one continuous piece that matched her exact structure. She sent references, a full video of her session, and a breakdown of every phase of her flow.
How it was built:
• Energy arc mapped directly to her session structure: warm-up, peak flow, cooldown
• Tempo and dynamics shift with the movement, not against it
• Frequency range kept intentionally open so her voice always sits clearly above the music
• Every phase transition feels natural, not mechanical
Her clients felt the difference immediately.
‚The right music always helps create a smooth flow and elevates the overall atmosphere – and Noah’s work does exactly that. His music will enhance any yoga practice.‘

Arcturian Transmission

This one was different. Maria and I were in the same room. She described what she was hearing, what she was receiving – in her words. I translated it into sound in real time.
How it was built:
• Co-created in the moment through channeling – no brief, no template
• Light codes and energetic frequencies woven into the composition intentionally
• Every sound chosen for what it does energetically, not just musically
• Mixed and mastered to preserve the transmission without losing the feeling
Maria said she could feel the activations strongly. Her clients had intense experiences with it as well.
„Working with Noah has been such an incredible process. He managed to take my channeling and ideas and translate them into sound.‘
– Maria Lodetoft: Sound Healer & Space Holder, Founder of House of Moon Studio
